High Blood Pressure

Blood Pressure varied from person to person from mood to mood and even posture to posture depending on age, weight and height.

Direction: Use 1/2 teaspoon of each herb to a cup of water, drink three times per day.

You can also mix herbs together in a Jar, use 1/2 teaspoon to a cup of hot water, steep for 5-7 minutes. Drink three times per day.
